New Flip Ultra!

Today was the best day!!  It started out like any other…crying, fighting, biting.  You know, the usual.  Then in the afternoon, I was reading posts at momdot.com.  It seemed that some cool new Flip camcorders were showing up on peoples doorsteps.  I was so jealous!  Just this morning I had been reading a TQCast review on the Flip Mino and I wanted one BAD.  Me and the hubby talked about getting one, but really, we couldn’t afford it.

Then I was reading the forums and it seemed that the people that were getting the Flips belonged to the WalMart Beyond 11 Mom’s community.  Holy crap!  I belong to that group!!  Could it be possible?  Could a new Flip be on it’s way to little ole me?  I got very hopeful.  I tried not to think about it to much…but I was out the door, checking the mail, looking for a delivery truck.  Not more than 20 mins later, UPS showed up in my drive way.  Again, holy crap!  He handed me a little box.  I tore it open and behold!  A little green (exclusive at WalMart) Flip Ultra.  I just about jumped out of my skin.  Cool shit like this does NOT happen to me.  Ever.

I couldn’t contain myself.  I wanted to call someone…hubby was already in transit towards home and my mom didn’t answer her phone.  Bummer.  Nobody to share the news with.  What a shame.  Finally, my husband pulled in the drive (15 mins late).  I rushed out giggling like a school girl.  I couldn’t help it!  He just started laughing at me (his usual reaction).  I think I pulled a muscle in my achilles.  That hurt.  But the pain was overshadowed by how happy I was.

I just want to make sure that WalMart knows how extremely happy I am.  They are the ones showering me with gifts today.  I am so grateful to be part of their Beyond 11 Moms Community and can’t believe my good fortune!  Blogging Rocks!
