Poor Guppies
Mr. A. got some new guppies last week. Our tank in the kitchen had been sitting empty for about a year, so I agreed to finally get him some fish. He has been SO good remembering to feed the fish. Today he told me it was time to feed them and went into the kitchen to wait for me. Before I had a chance to get up and get in there…he came back to me and said: “Mommy, something bad happened. Very, very bad.”
This is what happened:

That’s exactly what happened to my son’s fish. He won a gold fish at a carnival because I let him play that game where you throw the ping pong balls figuring there was no way a 3yo would win a fish. He did. We had the same tank you do and he fed it the entire container of food 3 separate times. The fish died the 3rd time.
Oh no! I doubt the fish was quite that hungry.
