Bloggers Give
Bloggers Give is a charity organization created by Trisha Haas of MomDot.com.  They basically collect donations and then send them off to charity.  Sounds simple?  It is!

To be a participating blogger, when you receive a product review to sample, you simply ask your sponsor to donate one additional item for Bloggers Give.  Your sponsor then ships the extra item directly to Bloggers Give to be held until the end of the quarter.  At that time, Bloggers Give sends all the products to their pre-designated charity.

Currently, Bloggers Give is accepting donations on behalf of The Center for Courageous Kids.  The Center for Courageous Kids is a medical camping facility in Kentucky providing for children with serious illness and disabilities.  They run week long summer camps and family weekends where children can go be children.

I’ve been accepted to be part of Bloggers Give Street Team.  So I will be going out and contacting bloggers and companies in hopes of collecting donations for this awesome organization.  I’m really excited to be part of this vision.  I’ve spent most of my life working with non-profit’s and charities.  My nephew is special needs, so I’m particularly excited about helping The Center for Courageous Kids.
