GIVEAWAY/REVIEW ~ Celebrate Chocolate Truffles (Closed)

mycelebrate

Oh, yeah.  I said CHOCOLATE!  Who can resist chocolate?  I know I can’t.  It’s one of my vices.  I love it.  A lot.  So when Celebrate Life Nutrition contacted me to review their Celebrate Chocolate Truffles, I said “heck yeah!”

Their slogan is “Celebrate Your Hunger.”  This is from their website:

Have you ever tried to lose weight?

While you were trying to lose weight, did you feel sensuous – sexy?

When you were trying to lose weight, did you ever feel hungry?

A year after you were trying to lose weight, did you keep the weight off?

Would you like new answers to these questions?

Weight loss is about controlling your appetite. And cutting your cravings. When you do that, weight loss is a natural result.

When you lose weight steadily, naturally, and keep it off, you’ll feel sexy again. In control of your appetite, you regain control of your life.

If trying to lose weight was difficult, discouraging, and ultimately unsuccessful a year later, then its time for you to do something different.

Satisfy your hunger. Control your appetite. Cut your cravings. With Celebrate Chocolates you’ll eat less and succeed.

Really, now?  Chocolate that will help me lose weight instead of just gain??  Fascinating!  I searched through their website to try and learn how it works.  Apparently, by creating these absolutely delicious chocolates, you can savor just one (or two) and feel satisfied.  Rather than eating an entire box of something else.  Their truffles are very very good.  It did make me pay attention.  In fact, their Cocoa Covered Almonds were my favorite, and I don’t even like almonds!

They also claim to have other health benefits.  It’s widely known that chocolate is good for us in moderation.  Celebrate Chocolates uses only premium cocoa and natural plant oils.  All very healthy for us.

Since I have now found a chocolate that will help me lose weight, and keep me healthy.  I see no reason to ever eat anything else again!  (kidding of course!)

I did experience one small problem with these chocolates.  They arrived in my mail box on a hot 90 degree day.  Even though they were shipped with a cool pack, they were melted.

celebratemelt

Because the Celebrate Truffles have no artificial additives or wax, they melt very easily.  Melt in your mouth, too.  I did talk with the company and they told me they were looking into new packaging that would prevent this.  Just something to keep in mind if you live in a hot climate.  It was a very easy fix, though.  I just popped them in my fridge for a bit and they were every bit delicious as they should be.

You can learn more about Celebrate Life Nutrition and purchase your own chocolates to try on their website.  I do think they are amazing!  Their Cocoa Almonds were my favorite, but I loved the Mountain Raspberry Truffle, too.

Oh, but guess what??  Celebrate Life Nutrition is offering one of my readers the chance to WIN a sample pack of their own!!  YIPPEE!

Not only do I LUV chocolate, but I need to lose weight once again! And I was intrigued when I read “Montezuma’s recipe, the world’s original cocoa recipe, and Celebrate’s honoring of that ancient recipe, acknowledges tantalizing flavors are only aroused deep inside your nose. Chile, not enough to taste – just a touch – just enough to arouse your olfactory senses, is added to allow the subtle sensation of Celebrate’s rare, delicate Criollo cocoa” – Now I cannot wait to get my grubby, chubby little paws on these chocolates lol

The average American eats only 12 different foods a day. Fully 40% of our calories come from just one source, potatoes, and usually in the form of French fries. Most of our foods are depleted of vital nutrients from extensive processing, and devoid of phytonutrients and natural enzymes. The human body, long deprived of the rich bounty of nutrients found in abundant whole foods, sinks into weight gain and a plethora of metabolic diseases.

The Cocoa Dusted Almonds sound divine. I tried something similar from a big box store, and it turned out to have aspartame in it. I should have read the ingredients more carefully, because that always gives me a headache. These sound all natural:

These start with a lightly roasted almond at the center. It is then wrapped in the same Celebrate Chocolate (73% Cocoa) that enlivens Celebrate Truffles, including omega-3/DHA and Nutritia 56 Whole Foods. Finally, it is dusted with the rich, never bitter, premium blend of Columbian mountain and Guatemalan lowland cocoa.

I had no idea that it had Omega-3 in it. Does that mean I can stop eating fish and just eat chocolate? Sounds great to me. :)

The key symptom of metabolic disorders is excess weight. Much more than a cosmetic concern, excessive weight is indicative of a growing number of diseases that kill, usually very slowly and expensively.
