Crazy Mom Dreaming
I was thinking today about how much fun it would be to have a million dollars. I don’t need $300 million, just one would be great. I think I would start by building a house. The entire focus of my house would be the kitchen. I love to cook and entertain. So the kitchen would be my focus.
State of the art appliances, trendy yet functional. Lots of recessed lighting and natural woods. Don’t forget the abundance of cabinets! Must.Have.Cabinets. I was looking online and found a couple to share so you can see what I mean.
Isn’t this one pretty? I love the stainless steel backsplash. That would really make cleaning up splattered spaghetti sauce easier. And the frosted glass in the cabinets is a nice touch. Oh wait, those would totally get broken by flying Hotwheels. So scratch this one.
Now how about this one?? I love the big island. perfect for all my family parties. I could put the food out for people to have easy access to. I love the lighting under the cabinets, the wood. So pretty! I think my favorite part is the hardwood floors. I would love to have hardwood floors.
Unfortunately, I do not have a million dollars. This is more like what my budget could afford.
I actually was just thinking about this last week , the lottery here was 49 million . I would so build a house ! I love the second kicthen , i love the space, the counter space!
I come up with a new dream kitchen every week. And then I price them. And then I cry. The lottery is like 220M here! Like you said, I’d be perfectly happy with a fraction of that.
It is nice to dream. I have been dreaming and saving to redo my bedroom. I cannot wait!
