Good morning!  How was your long weekend?  We didn’t do a whole lot.  We bar-b-qued with my family, it was a beautiful day.  I hope everyone took time out from their festivities to thank a soldier.

I’ve been talking about starting a new weekly weight loss series.  I need to lose a bunch of weight and thought it would be great to share it with my friends.  Besides, I need you to keep my butt in gear!  I think it will be fun to have a place that we can support each other in our weight loss efforts.  I’m calling it Fat Flinging Friday!  Ha, get it?  Monkey’s fling their poop, so I thought monkey mommas could fling their fat.  I know, I’m not a comedian! lol!
