I was disappointed when I weighed in this morning.  I didn’t lose anything this week.  :(   It was a little surprising because I thought I had been doing well with my eating.  Unfortunately, I didn’t do my EA Sports Active exercises at all this week.  Every night I go to bed upset with myself for not doing it…vowing to be better the next day.  But then the day happens, life happens, and I don’t get around to it.

So this week, how about a challenge?  I am going to challenge myself to exercise at least 3 times.   I need to get my butt moving.  Are you game?  Let’s everyone leave a comment telling me how many days you want to get physical activity in.  Then next week we can see how we do.  Ok?

While you read this, I will be camping in the mountains.  We are taking a weeknd camping trip for Father’s Day.  I will be home to leave comments on Sunday, ok?  Have a great week!
