Honestly, I don’t even want to write this post today. I’m so frustrated. I as at the same weight I was last week. I had a challenge for myslef to get 3 days of exercise in this past week. I didn’t do it. Well, yesterday I walked all over hell’s half acre at the San Diego Fair, so that can count as 1 day. Actually, I should count it as 3 days worth of exercise but that would “technically” be cheating.
So please inspire me with your stories, or if you sucked this week, tell me so I won’t feel so bad.

Good morning.
My words of support is at least you didn’t gain! Maintaining last week’s weight is still a success even though it would be nice to see lower numbers. It will happen! And I thinking walking about a fair does count towards exercise for a day. We went to Disneyland last night and I walked about half of the time we were there so I considered it my exercise for the day.

I agree! You didn’t gain, Rhea and that’s great! I’ve found that tracking my eating habits helps a lot. Once you see it on paper, you really get an idea of the amount of food you’re eating AND, you can see what time you’re hungriest and make adjustments based on that!

Thanks Gini!! My doctor told me to journal my food but I haven’t. I really need to. What happens is I see the crap I ate! lOL!
I am so lacking any motivation this week. Annoyed as usual and just feeling a little pissed at myself.

Stop beating yourself up. We all have our weeks that we don’t work out or follow our meal plan as we should. Just don’t give up and try again this week. The important thing is you didn’t gain. For those weeks that schedules and children make it hard to stay on track or that you just don’t feel like it because your tired from chasing the kids all day try this. If by dusk you haven’t done your work out instead of feeling down on yourself Get mad,yes mad, this feeling get the adrenaline flowing and will give you that energy that you just don’t seem to have at the moment to want to work out.Tell yourself Ya I’m tired but I won’t be in about 5 minutes and take a walk at dusk when the sun is down the night air is cooler and after your first 10 steps I guarantee you won’t be tired instead you will be rejuvenated because the night air helps get you going. Better luck this week~!
Well, I didn’t lose or gain either. BUT, I did get in 2 EA Active workout this week. It felt great and I was sweating something awful. For those that don’t know, it give you expected calorie expenditure and I exceded it both times. How exciting. Now I just need to restart my food journal so that I can keep track on my calorie count again and then maybe I’ll see some loss…after I get over this next week which is the time of the month that I ALWAYS gain 2 pounds and drop as soon as it is over!
I will again aim for at least 3 workout this week.
