Fat Flinging Friday ~ Week 6
Good morning Flingers! What’s up? I am happy today. I checked my scale and am down 6 pounds! woot! It’s the same 6 pounds that I’ve gained and lost over the past few weeks, but at least it was a loss today! I am also very happy to report that I walked 2 days this week. YAY me! Me, my mom and Mr. A. took off walking and did just over 1 mile each day.
I started my damn period today so I’m hoping I am retaining water or something and will be down some more next weigh in.
Who was it that posted about the 100 Push Up Challenge? Someone left it in a comment somewhere and now I can’t remember where it was. *blush* Anyhow, I was thinking of trying it. What do you think? Too ambitious? I mean, I only did 2 days of my 30 day EA Sports Active challenge. LOL As much as I tell myself I am going to start busting out, I never do. So we’ll see.

It must be the week. I started last Sunday. I started out great exercising and then Wed spent the WHOLE day (11-6) moving our church back into the building we are using. For most of the day there were 4 adults and 8 kids (with 2 adults on their periods), with 2 other adults there part of the day. I think I got a good 2-3 days worth of exercise in that day. I was down 1 1/2 pounds yesterday morning. My eating wasn’t the greatest this week, so I’m going to start counting calories again, and shoot for 3 exercise days this week. We leave for church camp on Thursday, so I will probably be doing a LOT of walking while there. I also may not be able to post next week.

I am nursing so it’s been hard to curb my hunger but I stated working a part time job 2 weeks ago and (finally!) dropped 2 pounds. I never lose weight while nursing and it’s a bummer. I still have 18.5 Lbs until my prepreg weight but I’ll be happy with 15 for now. I only get my period randomly for the past 15 months through nursing but when I get it I’m always up like 3lbs or so.
6 lbs is really good! It’s noticable when you lose even 5 lbs so I think that is really great. I am hoping to celebrate 6 lbs in the next 2 weeks. We shall see.
Congrats on the 6 lbs!! That’s great to hear about the walking too. Keep it up!
