I ordered him online so he would come in the mail from Santa. But they are in Hallmark stores and other holiday stores.

My 3yo’s are happy to see him in the mornings, but then seem to forget him. So they are a little aware but it’s not ruling their behavior yet. It’s working brilliantly on my 5yo!

What fun! We are doing something similar this year and I’m really looking forward to introducing our elf. I hope my son is old enough to enjoy it.

I love this idea! I may get this for my son. He’s 3 so this will be the first Christmas where he understands what’s happening.
