The Ultrasound Results Are In!
I was convinced that this baby of their’s was a girl! But I have never guessed right before, so why start now?
Today was our big ultrasound. I am 18 weeks and 5 days pregnant with their baby. Shannon had been having baby girl dreams. Pair that with my “instinct” that this was a girl, and we were shocked when the tech typed in “BOY.” Everyone was thrilled. They already have a beautiful daughter and I know that having this son is a very special blessing.
Now Shannon and Mike will understand why I feel crazy a lot of the time. Boy’s are very different, and very special. I am so happy for them.

I was thrilled and surprised when Shannon called – a boy indeed!! We will have so much fun together. How exciting! My only boy will be 2 next month. How time does go by so fast. It seems like it was just a month ago when you talked on here of being prego.
Anyhow, I feel you with believing boys are different. I have 3 daughters and they never thought of doing some of the things my little guy does. I wouldn’t trade him for anything though!
